How do we store your data?

KHEYLA LTD undertakes to keep the data according to the regulations in force and defines the following conservation criteria. Data stored on the KHEYLA LTD platform:
  • in case of registration to the KHEYLA LTD service with a free account, the data will be kept as long as the user uses the service. They will be automatically deleted after 365 days from the last login, after which the account is considered inactive. It will also be possible to delete the data at any time by requesting early cancellation of the account.
  • in case of registration to the KHEYLA LTD service with a rechargeable account or subscription, the data will be kept as long as the account is kept active, i.e. until the contract expires or, in the case of a rechargeable plan, for 2 years from the date of the last top-up of the credit carried out, as regulated by the license agreement for the use of the Kheyla LTD platform.
  • the data uploaded by the user, or created or detected by the Kheyla LTD console during the use of the service, with the exception of the data present in the lists and / or in the contact detail cards will be automatically deleted after 365 days from the date of insertion / creation on the system, unless specific contractual agreements signed with the customer which provide for longer retention periods. In the case of a free account, this retention period is reduced to 30 days. If such elimination does not occur automatically after 365 days, KHEYLA LTD may cancel them without notification at any other time. The data will no longer be recoverable.
Data held by kheyla ltd:
  • when registering for the free Kheyla LTd service, the data will be kept for a period of 7 years from the date of activation of the service;
  • in the event of an existing contract between Kheyla LTD and the subject of the treatment, or of a commercial relationship between the parties, the data will be kept for a period of 7 years from the conclusion of the contract or existing relationship.
  • when you contact for information or quotes, the data will be kept for a period of 2 years.
You can request early cancellation of your data at any time by sending a specific request to business@kheyla.co.uk The request, if it does not conflict with legal and/or fiscal obligations, will be processed no later than 72 hours after receipt.
